If they were happy enough about the service to want to leave a review you would think they would leave more than a couple of words. When you see a pattern of brief reviews it might be best to be skeptical of them. They could be from real people, but they could have also been coerced into writing them.

On the other hand some online reviews instead of being only a couple of words are full page, eloquent accounts of a client’s experience. Rich with detail and complete with legal insights that would make you think they were written by an attorney. Well if it quacks like a duck….
